Ever wanted to master the art of macarons? In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make classic French macarons completely from scratch in a small, supportive setting.
You’ll be guided through every step of the process — from mixing and piping to baking, filling, and assembling — with plenty of one-on-one help along the way. We’ll also cover essential techniques, common troubleshooting tips, and what really makes the difference between good macarons and great ones.
